I am a long-time community builder with a focus on open-source and building high-performing, strategic teams. I have extensive experience and a passion for building high-functioning community teams with tight strategies, notably in the open-source space.
I currently serve as Director of Community for Constantia.io. In this work, I lead a team that manages multiple open-source communities and help other organisations build communities around their open-source products. When not actively engaging with the community and developing teams, my focus is on my faith and my family.
